terrieSo, I'm two weeks into my new job. Liking it okay, and I think I'll learn a lot. The only problem is that it's been very slow, and there's only so much I can learn if people don't have questions. Ah, well. The other problem is the parking. The law school is near the Metrodome, so parking is a bitch every time there's a game. If the Twins make the World Series, I may die of frustration from trying to find parking.
Bad news is that I'm a hige flake. I was supposed to meet someone for a class assignment today at 4. I didn't remember until 4:45, so, of course, by the time I got there, he was gone. And the only phone number I have for him isn't working. Emailed him my number. Hope he calls. The class is tomorrow. Bah. We shouldn't have left things until the last minute, but our schedules just didn't mesh. At ALL. At worst, I'll drop him an email saying I expect to meet before class. (Guilty admission time: I'm hoping he forgot as well, which is why I haven't heard from -- I hate feeling like stuff is my fault, so I want to spread the blame around a bit).
