I have the worst craving for something spicy. Not spicy-hot, but spicy-full-flavored. I want something where all the various flavors are balanced to the point where you can't determine what's in there. Something like Thai, or Indian. Gah. I think the most flavorful thing in my kitchen right now is a dill pickle. True, I could make something, but it's late enough that I don't want to be mucking up the kitchen. I don't want to come down to a mess tomorrow morning.
