I covet. Took Max to the vet today, and there was a little lab puppy in the waiting room. Now, I want a puppy. Only a dobermann, not a lab.

Oh, I always come out of the vet desperately wanting a puppy. And I have to go in once a month now to buy Gambit's food. :P Need. Back. Yard.

Totally. I mean, I love my kittie to death -- she is my total joy. But... There's no rule that says I can't have both, right? And, sadly, living with my folks, who do have a dog, doesn't quite do it for me. Max is a wonderful dog, playful and a sweetheart. But he's not MINE.
