Small creatures are inherently annoying

So I finally saw Indiana Jones. Enjoyed it, but kept getting distracted by the fact that someone had brought their three year old and she was running up and down the aisles, sometimes accompanied by obnoxious noises. Zero attempt to control her.

And then I can home and my neighbor's chihuahua attacked my feet. He can't reach any higher. I have teeth marks in my sneakers.

There was an usher there. A couple times, I think he did tell the parents to watch the kid, but the moment the usher left, the kid was back running around. *sigh*
