I totally need to kick my life in the butt and get it moving again. All I do these days is piddle around online, look for work, get disappointed in my look for work, and so on. Total holding pattern. I'm in a rut as deep as the Grand Canyon. And I hate it, but can't seem to break free.

I have a temp job for about two weeks starting Monday. Just something to help cover the bills for this month. Hopefully, that will help.

Temp jobs help -- one feels so effective while having one! (I had a temp job for a bit right before getting my real job.) What is your temp job?

I'm spending the next to weeks helping out at a college bookstore during the pre-semester rush. Mediocre pay, but enough hours to make up for that. It'll get me out of the house, at minimum.
