Well, that sucked

Ugh. Final final was today. I had a terrible time with it. It was the standard fact pattern format you find in law school (the following occurs, analyze), but some of the vaugest facts I've ever seen. For instance, officer talks to guy, then goes an searches house, but nothing about how the two actions are connected. Did officer search house based on what guy said? Did he do it becaise he planned to anyway? We don't know! Or, police get warrent to search house for bomb making material, they enter house, and and find neighbor with drugs. Later, they arrest defendant elsewhere. But they don't say if there was an arrest warrent or even what he was arrest for! ARGH!
