Not again

Generally, I'm pretty mellow about driving somewhere. I dont' understand people who rush around like maniacs, going 70 down the highway in the middle of the city and so on. However, I can get annoyed by somethings. Three times this week I've been stuck behind some little old man who goes 25 down a major street, where the speed limit is 30 and most people (myself included) tend to go more like 35. Not hurrying is one thing, plodding and puzting along is another.

Doesn't help that the local business area was doing Halloween stuff, slowing things down as parents and their short ones drove slooooowly through the area seeking parking, crossing in the middle of the block and turning traffic into a mess. Bah.
