Currently, it is 102. Heat index is 107. I'm skipping my Tai Chi class tonight. It would be a small class today, due to the heat, but no way I'm leaving the house. I mean, sure Sifu would take it easy on us and make sure he pushed the fluids, but I just never do well in the heat. I get light-headed and easily tired. I'd end up spending half the class in the locker room with my feet propped up, trying to make my blood go back in my head, where it belongs.

I miss winter.
