We have mice. The cat found one and was playing with it. Batting at it and chasing it around. Most fun she's ever had. The dog ruined her fun. He ate the mouse. I was actually quite impressed. He grabbed the mouse, gave it a shake, flipped it up in the air, picked it up again, ran off with it, and, while I was chasing him down to take it away, I think he swallowed it whole. Thankfully, we've always used snap traps, not poison. (Poison=trip to vet to induce vomiting and receive emergency care).

I do admit that when I first found the cat chasing the mouse and it ran into my foot, I screamed like a little girl. We haven't had any signs of mice in years! I wasn't expecting it!

ETA: Also, it's still snowing.
