Okay, no, not really. But I did cut 16 inches off my hair. It went from butt lenth to just past may shoulders. Amazingly, only one person who's seen it noticed. My Sifu was appalled and shocked. I'm sitting here going "What? It'll grow back." and he's stuck on "You CUT your HAIR." I am amused. And my head feels much lighter.

Oh, wow. I remember the first cut from waist to mid-back, and the accompanying trauma (but then, I wasn't too happy about the necessity of the cut in the first place). It's good that you're happy with it, though; shorter hair is significantly less of a pain in the ass. (Mine hasn't been longer than a few inches for years; obviously, I got over the trauma!)

This is actually the... hmmmm... I want to say fourth time I've done this. And by fall of next year (2006) it will be back at my butt. I would LOVE to have short hair, I would KILL to have bangs again, but mine grows so fast that it needs to be cut every three weeks, and I just don't have the money.

You've seen it. I cut it short (well, relatively -- compared to previously) senior year.

.. oh. Phew. For many reasons I was suddenly imagining you with a pageboy cut.

Nope. Still a couple inches past my shoulders. Subjectively short, not objectively.
