Spring has Sprung

You know spring has arrived early (at least for the northern Midwest this is early) when the thaw has lasted long enough to make big muddy areas. When you take the dog for a walk and more of him is dirty than not when you get back. As much as I love winter, I'm enjoying not having to put on extra layers of clothing every time I want to go outside.
