Brrrr....

Days like today make me want to move. I love winter. I love snow. I hate not being able to feel my fingers and toes. Low teens, I'm fine. Heck, single digits, I do okay if I remember to bundle up. Ten below, plus what ever wind chill-- well, dont' expect me to go outside. Only, I have to. I need to go to work. So I trudle out to the car and, I swear, get frostbite between leaving the house and reach the end of the walk.

By this weekend, it should warm up. It will be brisk instead of freezing. And I will remember why I love this part of the country. At least until the next cold front comes through and I find myself wishing I was wearing long underwear under my pants.
