Tired. Very, very tired. Many reasons why.

First, clases have started. So far, so good. Not overly difficult in terms of wrapping my brain around it (supposed to be the hardest part). Maybe 'cause I dont' approach things quite like other people, so having to look at things in a new way is, for me, pretty standard. (Want to here my society as a Connect-4 game analogy?) Hardest part? The jargon and the amount of work. It's not hard, but damn there's a lot of it.

Also, after a week off, back at Tai Chi. I love Tai Chi. I like the fact that I'm getting in better shape. Should have kept working over the break, by, oh well, my own damned fault. (I KNEW a week off would mean I was, in some ways, starting over from a fitness POV). Now, if I could only get people to understand that, yes, my feet ARE supposed to stick out a bit. No, this does not put excess pressure on my knees. Yes, I talk with Sifu about this. Why does it work? Because many people, the angle of their feet and knees are the same. Mine aren't. If you force me to put my feet like yours, you will twist my knees inward and that's uncomfortable. With time, I hop to retrain my muscles to straighten my feet, but not today, kthanxbye.

Also, yesterday, there was a neighborhood garage sale thingy. We're having contruction done on the house and so had to go through many of our things anyway, so my mom decided it would be a good idea sell off some of our unwanted things. What a fucking waste of time. 80% of the people out there are only looking for things they can resell on E-bay. (People who turn e-baying into a side job confuse me). We sold some odds and ends, but no big items -- what we were hoping to sell. Oddest thing we sold? An old fishing net someone was going to use for an art project. Most common thing? Sports memorbilia.
