So I'm taking the whole next week off. With weekends, that's nine days in a row with no work. Why? Just because. Also, I've about maxed out my accrued leave, so I need to use it. However, I woke up this morning to a slightly chilly apartment. Not too bad, but, hey, I'll nudge the heat up a touch. No heat. Crap. Called the emergency maintenance line for the complex. Hopefully, he'll be over here soon, because I'm supposed to help a friend move in 45 minutes. Also, my mom's coming to visit, and I'd like for her to have a nice impression of my place. I mean, she's seen it before, but no heat never impresses.
