You know that webcast "Will it Blend?" I think I could do a similar show with my dog called "Will he eat it?" 95% of the time, the answer is "yes." I got home from work yesterday to discover he'd eaten a bag of pistachio shells. No nuts left, just the shells. The vet assures me he'll be fine, though I should give him pumpkin, since the fiber will help stuff move along. When I called, the vet tech who answered the phone called Zeus a dork, and said that they currently have a dobie in for bowel obstruction surgery, after he ate three pairs of underwear and a shirt. I guess it could be worse.

My collie ate underwear when I was growing up. It was fairly gross.
