It's odd. I've only had two people have a markedly negative response to Zeus, and they were both fairly macho guys. I kinda find it amusing. Teen and preteen girls, in particular, just think he's gorgeous. I happen to agree, but I might be biased. Just a little. Of course, he walks around 75% of the time with a squeaky hedgehog in his mouth, so I find it hard to consider him even slightly threatening. Besides, what makes Dobies good protection dogs is that they are like a mother with a child. It's all out of love.
